events: Trunk-or-Treat (family/community)
GOAL: Produce a community event to help increase the shopping center traffic and sales.
RESULT: The first year received over 60 independent/public car participants and only 3 retailers did not participate in the event. There were over 3K families that visited the event. All the cars and participating retailers ran out of candies in the first 3 hours - as anticipated, we supplemented the additional treats with a mixture of non-perishable toys, pencils, small stationery, and more candies. The following year doubled in both participants and visitors.
