GOAL: Promote holiday shopping at the center as well as launch and support the Santa Photo program (ancillary income).

 

RESULT: The first year of the new and elevated program installation received double numbers in visitors for multiple events throughout the season to LY. Sales per square foot throughout the season increased by an average of 7%. Restaurants and foodies garnered the most increase. 

The first year of the Santa Photo program exceeded the expected sales by approximately 30%. Each consecutive year received growth of between 10-15%.
